This beloved event transforms the Club into a classic holiday marketplace, offering visitors a joyful blend of traditional roots and broader Nordic culture. Throughout the weekend, guests can explore unique handcrafted gifts and art from over 20 local artisans. Savor classic holiday dishes and sweet baked goods while enjoying live music and folk dance performances in a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere.
Our Admission Approach: Pay What You Can—We believe culture should be shared, not limited by cost. That is why admission to the Tomte Holiday Market is Pay What You Can, with a suggested $5 donation at the door. Your contribution directly supports the Swedish Club’s cultural programs, keeping them a vibrant community resource for everyone.

Tomte Tidings brings together the joyful sounds of Nordic choirs, the irresistible aroma of our famous Swedish meatballs, and the charm of artisan shopping—all in one cozy, holiday-filled celebration. Browse handcrafted Nordic goods, sip warm glögg, enjoy sweet holiday treats, and savor a delicious meatball meal served all day.
With live performances, festive flavors, and a welcoming community atmosphere, this is your perfect kickoff to the holiday season!

Visit from Santa’s Reindeer! We are delighted to welcome back live reindeer to this year’s Tomte Holiday Market! These gentle, snow-loving creatures aren’t just adorable—they’re also amazing! Reindeer have lived alongside Nordic peoples for centuries, especially among the Sámi, the Indigenous people of northern Scandinavia, where they’re vital to culture, tradition, and daily life.
Stop by to meet these majestic animals up close, snap a photo, and maybe even learn a fun fact or two. It’s a magical (and educational!) experience for kids and adults alike—don’t miss it!
