Join us for a special evening celebrating the work of local artist Edward Swanson, presented in collaboration with Vibrant Palette Arts Center—a Seattle-based nonprofit that provides studio art programs for artists with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other disabilities. Vibrant Palette is all about supporting and showcasing artists with disabilities.

Edward’s latest collection draws from the rich colors and intricate patterns of traditional Swedish Folk Art, brought to life with his unique vision and vibrant technique. His process is deeply intuitive, layering paint marker over detailed initial sketches until the piece reveals itself as complete. Influenced by pointillism and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, Edward’s artwork invites viewers to pause, look closer, and uncover hidden depth in every piece.

Edward is also a published poet, and his creative voice echoes throughout his visual work.
