Midsummer Celebrations

Lunch is served in the bar from 12 PM - 2 PM, Happy Hours 2 PM - 5 PM. No reservations needed.

Dinner service begins at 6:00 PM.

Midsummer Dinner

One of our favorite Swedish chefs, Malin Jonsson, will prepare a traditional Swedish Midsummer dinner. There will be music and dancing around the Maypole. And of course, drinking songs!

 

  • 3 kinds of herring, with sour cream, boiled small potatoes, fresh dill, chives on the side 

  • Cheese platter with butter and hard and soft breads 

  • Deviled eggs

  • Double-marinated pork tenderloin 

  • Potato salad with spinach and vinaigrette 

  • Oven roasted root vegetables 

  • Strawberries and whipped creme  

Cost: $55 for members | $60 for General public
