What is a Sillbord/Sillunch?
A sillbord (“herring table”) is a traditional Swedish buffet centered around pickled herring with classic sides like potatoes, eggs, cheese, and more. Sillunch is a lighter, casual take on this festive tradition.

Blue Moon Jazz is a vocal and guitar trio that breathes new life into classic jazz standards.
