And this time, we’re adding a twist that’s as unexpected as it is delicious: a $15 Swedish Pea Soup Bar.
In Sweden, fredagsmys (or “Cozy Friday”) is all about kicking back at the end of the week, relaxing with friends or family, and enjoying some well-earned comfort food. Cozy Friday is here, and we’re serving up a true Swedish favorite: pea soup (ärtsoppa).
A beloved tradition for centuries, Swedish pea soup is simple, hearty, and deeply satisfying. Come enjoy a warm taste of Sweden—perfect for your Cozy Friday.
Then stay for the madness. We’re channeling the cozy, the crazy, and the karaoke-worthy spirit of fredagsmys—right here in Seattle.
