About Speaker

Dr. Billo is a professor in the Environmental Studies Program at the University of Washington where he teaches several courses on natural and human history of the Puget Sound region. Dr. Billo is trained in biology, and he has worked on the ecology of birds and plants in both tropical and temperate forests. He will be sharing a talk about An Introduction to the Environmental History of Seattle.
