The 3 Crowns Lounge will be open — come in from the cold, enjoy a warm glass of Swedish glögg, and kick off the holidays together as a community.

Neighborhood Yoga at the Swedish Club
Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Breathe, stretch, and move with your neighbors! Certified instructor Moni Wolf—with over seven years of yoga experience— guides an all-levels yoga class designed to help you live a little happier and healthier. Go gentle or challenge yourself; every session adapts to your energy and pace. Meet fellow members and neighbors, enjoy the music, and discover how easy it is to connect—both with others and with your own practice.
What to bring: your own mat and water bottle (blocks optional)
