Malia is the Executive Director of Dress for Success Seattle, an organization dedicated to empowering women to sustainable economic independence. She has spent the majority of her career working to empower women – and the men who support them – in their growth and leadership across all sectors. Malia’s career has focused on strategic and leadership growth for individuals and organizations. Her work includes sustainable program development, building mission capacity through fundraising and social enterprise conception, and providing skills development to staff, boards, and communities.
